I agree with Coldiron.

My brother had a sticker in the window of his truck that stated "There is nothing in this truck worth dieing for". Caught a guy breaking into it who then tried to fight him. Cops finally showed up and the guy walked away with a few bruises and my brother got hit with an assault and battery charge. He tried to fight it - Exhibit "A" was a picture of his window with that GD sticker in it.

Now if you want to drive a bunch of nails through the plywood and lay them pointy side up in a gateway, perfectly OK, can't help it if you "forgot" to pick it up. Actually an old beat up harrow laying upside down in the grass is very effective.
