Sloroll - What state are you in? In Oregon it is illegal to discharge a firearm across a roadway. These fools should have been locked up and their guns confiscated. They wouldn't be able to pass a back ground check to get new ones either (at least from a licensed FFL). I'm an NRA member but these are the types of idiots that gun regs are all about!
