You didn't specify which actuator or transmission you have. I assume you have a SynchroRange and not a Powershift. The early 4020s with SynchroRange have a mechancial engagement system, and the later have hydraulic. If you have the early system, don't worry about it. If you have the later, at least replace the o-rings and back-up washers - and check the pistons for scoring.
Also -this is kind of a "no-brainer", but replace the PTO engagement bearing and make sure the clutch fingers aren't getting worn at the tips.
