Holy tomolies!!! That's quite a peice of dirt, if you ask me! Them reds are gonna get a workout. May need more. Congratulations! Hope it works out for you. Worst case, in my eyes, is that you're nervous, but once get settled in and clear the cobwebs, you'll be back at home in the saddle. Speaking of saddle...?
