Hey Allen My wife and i just got our dream farm last year. We bought 61 acres with about 40 tillable. We had to redo the barn and i am now starting on the garage. What a chore but well worth it. I was a total nut case till we got it and now it isn't so bad. just hang in there your dream is near. GGS
