Allan, this is just a guess, and I could be way off, but if you're doing the labor I'd say maybe $1-1.25 a foot? That's considering woven wire on the bottom, two barb wires, and wooden posts the whole way. I might not even be in the ball park.
I have a question for you though. What exactly are you looking for farm wise? How many irrigated acres, total acres, and what kind of buildings do you want on it. If you let me know I'll keep my eyes and ears open in the North Platte Valley on the Wyoming side. Sometimes I know of places that will be put up for sale before they're listed and I'll give you the jump on them.
