Tractor Wheel Weights, How much do I need?

I own a Ford 2600 tractor. I am wanting to put some wheel weights on it to help on traction. I would need them for plowing and snow removal. It does not have a front end loader but I'm wanting to put one on in the future. How much weight do I need. I got prices for 115 pound weights. Would one or two on each tire be enough? Would I need any in front even though I'm going to get a loader within the next two years?
