You're talking apples and oranges. Hub cups covering axle bearings aren't bushings on power equip. Agree with the Bus Driver. Grease em up. I use all types of greases on bushings. When I do a hub, it is thoroughly cleaned prior to reinstallation so there is only one grease in there regardless of what I like. But I prefer the red high temp/press grease for everything and it is recommended for wheel bearings too. Whadda deal. I just wish you could make greasing a lot cleaner. I wear rubber gloves and all and still get it all over everything; course I'm a greaser and I pump till I see it.....unless I'm greasing a throwout bearing (couple of pumps) or a boot on an auto/truck where I stop when I see it start to puff up.
