I have a customer in Perth, Scotland that I go see a couple of times a year. They put me up at a hotel in Perth called the Royal George. They put on a breakfast that would make any cardiologist rub his hands together with glee. Lots of eggs, back bacon, oats, kippers, and tea. Back bacon is good, but I don't think the average American housewife would want to pay for it. American bacon is $2.00-$3.00 per pound right now. How much is your back bacon? Jim.
