as ssaid the 3208 is throw away, v8 more cylinders rebuild cost more to machine block and sleeve it. is a fuel guzzler for pep it has. i would look into an 8.3 or the like. cummins moor used in boats trucks etc parts usually cheap whole motors cheap and plentiful military also was a big buyer of that engine suplus auctions usually ahve 1/2 tro a whole dozen of them.
