Ford 8N engine dies

OK, sorry for the long post but heres what we have done and the problem still having. We did a complete tune up (new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc), overhauled the carb, new fuel filter and installed new exhaust manifold. Tractor starts and purs like a kitten....PROBLEM is, it runs good for about 5-10 min or so and then just dies (no sputtering or anything). Seems like it dies once it is hitting an operating temp or something....HELP ALL PLEASE. Any idea"s........Sean O.
