I work for a national chain tire store, and see those come in all the time and from what i have heard is parts are hard to come by and the tires are good for about a year! No longer but maybe sooner. What a lot of guys hear use them for is for around the farm use they put a good bias ply on and use them till the thing falls apart and haul them to the scrape yard. Could try and sell them some people are really after them and then go to a trailer shop and buy a good set of axels.
