Allen; How would the installation of a herringbone have changed the use of a barn cleaner???????? I thought a barn cleaner was used to clean the trough that runs behind the stalls in a stall barn. Removing the pipe line milker and changing to a herringbone milking parlor would not make the use of a stall barn obsolete. Correct?????? Please educate this southern boy a little. We only had a milking parlor and all cows stayed out side other wise so I am lost on your northern ways. The only barn cleaner we ever had was a water hose. If some one told me they was selling their barn cleaner I would have to tell him it is against the law to sell your children. LOL!!!
