I have a Ford Jubilee that has one of the sleeves loose in the block. I can place my fist inside the sleeve and rotate it. My question is will this lead to a loss of compression or will the head gasket cover the OD of the sleeve and seal it off? Also, If I was to replace the sleeve, are the OD's of the replacement sleeves the same OD's of the original sleeves? I know you can buy overbored sleeves which is overbored in the ID but what about the OD? Thanks.
