HF Tire Changer

Let's just say I'm leery of Harbor Freight. How about this one...? The sale flier I received Saturday lists a portable tire changer, regularly $70.00 now on sale for $35.00. Anyone have experience with this unit? Are they any better than a set of decent tire tools? It would be nice to have a machine for changing wagon tires, etc., but how useful is this thing?
