Zetor Tractor?

Hi folks, I am looking up upgrade to 4WD. I have a 2WD IH-584. Looking for something in a similar "build". An 1,100 hr. Zetor 4340 with a cab and quickie loader is available in my area for what seems like a reasonable price, but I know nothing about Zetor.... 1. Are they reliable?
2. parts available?
3. rugged?
4. strong?
5. any particular troubles or differences from the more common names? How would they compare to a CaseIH, Massey, etc. ? I just don't hear too much about them, but don't want to dismiss a good machine just because I'm not familiar with it. Any thoughts are welcome...
