as and owner of one of those type GW's I know the wide front from an A is not the same.. but I think the single narrow would be.. and A's widefront can be made to work on a split pedestle G as I have seen LOTS of them done that way. They are not the same.. I am thinking the A single tire might have a smaller tire.. other than that I would think there might not be any difference in it.
