Back when I was looking to buy a used pickup a couple years ago it was kinda hard to find many regular cabs, most were extended cabs. New trucks are all pretty much all extended or 4dr crew cabs, and try finding one on a dealers lot thats standard shift, thats almost like looking for hens teeth (except at a Dodge dealership, then you will find some standards, but thats because Dodge had some big problems with the reliability of their automatics). I think you can go on Fords website and there is a vehicle finder that you can use to view new vehicles from within xxx miles of your home, and can tell it what exactly you are looking for, then once you locate the truck your looking for, then I'd drive to that dealership and buy it there.
