Please help me ID a mower

I purchased an older 5' mower and can't ID the manufacturer. The only clue I have is that there is the remains of a faded decal on one side. It is about 5 inches high and 12 inches wide. It is a flattened out globe with the words "Made in the USA" on the top. If anybody recognizes the emblem, I'd love to know who made it. Thanks.
