Easiest way is to take them to an injector shop and have them tested. They can check spray pattern,cracking pressure,and make any minor adjustments that may be needed. The shop I use only charges $5. ea. to check them,considerably cheaper than buying an injector tester for a one time use. When you did your valves did you check the set out dimension? If you just ground them and the seats,you may have a hard start problem, or low speed miss caused by the valves being sunk down in the head too far.
