OT: How To Get Overspray Off?

This winter I've been painting various tractor parts in the driveway using cans of spray paint. Some of the overspray drifted onto a nearby car. It's not noticeable to the eye, but the car now has a sandpaper-like finish, particularly on the hood, roof, and trunk. Yesterday I tried rubbing some Pre-Kleano onto a fender and after exerting some elbow grease, was able to get the overspray off, leaving the car's finish smooth again. I probably need to go over the entire car this way. My question is, while the Pre-Kleano works, is there a better product or method for removing overspray without damaging the good paint underneath? I found that brake fluid works the best for removing overspray from windows, but it can't be used on painted surfaces as it will eat the paint.
