either disc or field cultivator 4 1/2 mile per hour, no faster and I had a Keawanee 13' that is the same weight disk as the International (had a 9') and pulled either with a Ford 5000 62HP in heavy clay and small hills and it will also handle 6 row equipment (I only had 4 row on a Ford 4000 52Hp and also polled the 13" disc with that) the 5000 I had 4-14" semi mount plows for. That disc is not going out to cut first time over 6" or deeper like the newer heavier discs will so you don't need the HP that you would need for the newer heiver units
