Thanks Allen, the farmer that rents all my land has a pivot on it now. The well is also on my land and he supplies 2 other property owners rental lands with water from the well on my land. I wanted to Either get in my own system and get a better price for rent or put in hay ground and not worry bout dry years. There is really money to be made round this area horse hobbys paying $3-$4/small bales.. I currently recieve $35 /acre rent. I want more $acre some how. Have bout 30 tillable in ? right now. Tower comp stopped in today to see if i were interested in a 20 year or so contract for $500+/month rent for a 100'*100' spot for a cell tower. Good cash but I have worries so I at least want to net enough off land to pay taxes and some of the ins. By the way local dealer just had a 966 with 1700 hours on it. Went back and it was gone. Sold in 24 hours. Cozy cab, good tires. orig paint and CLEAN. $8900
