here one i built,actually for sprayin my pasture,but could be turned into what you were talking about..don"t know about fillin from the pond though, tank came from ag store,about $125 I think,125 gallon.. Pto pump was around $170 or so..built the trailer from part of an old boat trailer frame and the ends of a rear axle of a front wheel drive car welded onto a heavy wall piece of tubing..
