Jay, we have ordered the manuals for our 3616, but we were told today it would be three weeks before they could get them to us. We have a 3616, and the brakes are almost non-existant. They act as if they are need of bleeding, yet never owning an IH we have no idea how to go about bleeding them. I have worked on trucks, cars and some equipment, but never a IH 3616. Can you assist? We need to make some road repairs as soon as possible. any help would be greatly appreciated.
