International 3616 Backhoe Loader

I bought this Backhoe loader and was told it would be an easy repair I was also told it needed a hyd. pump and Radiator it's been sitting in my driveway for months not touched I need information on it please I was told it's from the 70's I did find some #'s on it but I don't know what they mean People ask me for part #'s but I don't know Please if anyone can help me see the light beyond this tunnel of darkness Help me any information would help.
