The friends up north I was referring to were the Canadians. They went through a gun struggle and lost. I am curious as to their take on what the US is going through.

Only two red counties in a blue state? Well I live in one of two blue counties in a red state. We have a major university that is a breeding ground for the lefties. I am ashamed to admit I am an alumni. (I do not give when the University hat is passed.)
