O/T '96 Chevy truck clutch/pressure plate question

Well, I guess it's time my rock goes in the shop because the pressure plate has gone bad. Looking for advice weither I should replace the clutch disk and throw out bearing as well or leave those alone as I haven't had any trouble from those as of yet, no slipping. I have no clue how many miles are on that clutch, truck only has 75,000 miles and the guy I bought it from had totally babied it and had never hauled anything or ever left the pavement with it, so I'm thinking it's probably the original. What do you think?.
