Yes, and the inspection has been done for what is up so far. Just had a reproduction boiler and stack made and inspected. Also had to have the mill foreman get certified for what ever pressure level it's going to be. Inspection requirements allow a rivetted boiler if it's original, but not for a new one. New boiler has immitation rivets just for show. They didn't have any suggestions for the engine except for having a reproduction made new, which is very expensive.
