engine oil pan( GMC 305)

Hi, i have to remove the oil pan of a 1994, GMC Sierra 1500 4x4, with 305 ci. engine. Can i remove the pan with out lifting the engine or it have enough room to do the job. I'm not a GM mecanic. Thank for the reply.
