I would not even think about fabricating a ROPS unless you are capable of calculating the stregth of the materials and construction technique of the ROPS. Finding a plan for a home made one is probably not something you will find. Way too much liability there. Here is a link to a site where you can purchase ROPS. A MF dealer can also get one for you. And I would definitely recommend one.
