You definitely have a Ford tractor. To identify it, go to the "Vintage Ford Tractor Resource" page (link below), and click on "Serial #'s". If your tractor was built between 1953 and 1964 you will be able to identify it. There are links that will show you exactly where to look to find the model number, which is what you need to positively identify it.

I'm pretty sure you have one of the "hundred" series tractors. The "NCA" prefix is commonly found on parts used on these tractors. (It could also be a pre-1965 "thousand" series, which are basically the same as the "hundred" series.)
