If the plugs are wet with gas or have some oily black coating they could be fouled.There must be a sight like Champion or something that will show fouled plugs.Mechanics dont test them in another motor. They can tell by looking at them.Before you disassemble your distributor yuo must check spark.See if your corner gas station has a Champion plug tester.Oh I forgot there is no more corner gas stations with freindly people.Nevermind.
