T-Bone has the best advice with the electric pump with Filter. New hydraulic oil is not clean.
Running it through a 10 micron filter will help your hydraulic systems live longer. In fact I know of one system where the only way you can add hydraulic fluid is to attach the supply to a port that has a 3 micron filter with it so it has to be a pressure pump.
