I do not see that you would accomplish any thing useful at all. I would rather run on the concrete with what all that twisting and turning with chains would do to the concrete not to mention what it would do to the tires. In order to keep any rubber from twisting on the concrete it would seem you need a cross chain about every two inches. How much time do you want to spend fixing broken chains? I have seen a lot of those run on concrete and it is amazing to me how long the tires last.
