Here's a link to Mobil's response to FAQ's. About 1/2 way down, you'll see their response to gasoline storage. I've also read on a petroleum related web site that gas will keep for up to 12 months if kept in an air tight container, no sunlight and at a stable temperature. I rekon Sta-bil would be a good thing too.
