Rubber hose for antifreeze

Hello there, I have replaced a small piece of 3\8 rubber hose on my truck radiator where the return comes for the throttle body coolant. All i could get at the parts house was some 4oo psi. transmisson hose made for oil. Is this sutible for anti-freeze? Thanks in advance
