CASE 1370

OUR CASE 1370 HAS A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS THAT I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE NEW ANYTHING ABOUT. THE BRAKES FEEL AS IF THEY ARE SLIGHTLY ON MOST ALL OF THE TIME, ESPICALLY WHEN COLD. WE HAVE HAD THE MASTER CYLINER GONE THROUGH BY THE DEALER , NO LUCK. ALSO IT SMOKES BLACK SMOKE OUT OF EXHAUST UNDER ANY LOAD. ITS BEEN OVERHAULED,NEW INJECTORS AND PUMP. STILL NO LUCK, I KNOW ITS SUPPOSE TO A LITTLE BUT THIS IS EXCESSIVE
