I always thought that companies that deal in mail order and charge a handling fee for processing your order were ripping you off. I can see paying for shipping but not for processing and picking your order that should be built into the price as a cost of doing business. You don't pay a shelf stocking fee at your grocerey store or a tank filling fee at your gas station. JMHO
