If it is original the sides of the hood where it is yellow on the 20 and 30 series should by now be faded to a white color.This whole area was originally one great big decal stuck on the side of the hood and the grille. The 730 would have been up towards the top.Sounds like it was repainted. I have no clue on those wide front ends most all in my area had narrow fronts.Those front ends are easily changed around.No reason it couldn't have been delivered new with a new round front some dealer had laying around.No way to know for sure.
