Consider: Suppose Grampa or Dad dies unexpectedly and junior decides that since his quarrellsome Brothers and sisters cannot agree on a "valueation" for the "priceless heirloom", It has become a simple case of one heir outbidding the other heir(s) who also want it, with a couple of very innocent (and surprised) REAL BIDDERS thrown in there as well?
