The waiting lines in the hospital E.R could be shortened if people with a "boo boo" on their finger or a runny nose.Would see a family physician instead.
More family practices and a user fee in the ER for people with minor problems would help reduce the patient ER load.
While a US physician may make serious money they pay outlandish malpractice premiums. The US health system and just about everything else where significant $$$ is involved. Is being drained dry by malpractice/libel lawyers/vultures and greedy plaintiffs.
