Leveling ruts is exactly all I am trying to do-so your advice is well taken. It is in ground that was in beans last year so I think it will work fine.

I would of course have chosen to not have ruts but we had a VERY wet fall in central, IL. My beans were full season and were some of the last harvested-and if we didn't get them when we did it would have been wait until Dec when it froze. Almost no fall tillage done by anyone in our area.
