I will be putting a heater in of some type. If I can put in the insert heater behind the starter, I will do that. Next choice would be the lower rad hose heater, although I don't like the idea of cords that close to belts and pulleys, that's what zip ties are for. My 6400 has a casting plug heater on the left side of the block, but my 6200 has no plug in that region, or anywhere on the block for that matter. Tank heaters have always appeared to be inefficient to me, but I could be wrong on this.
