Leland,
when I went to looking for a place to move my shop, I found ground anywhere from 85,000. for an acre to over $400,000.00 for less that an acre. So, needless to say signed a 5 yr lease on a nice huilding. The $85,000.00 lot was off the beaten path, no on a busy street.
