93's still have the throw away Getrag!! The do last longer if you service them properly (use proper oil) and over fill them by one qt., but i did what most do and replace it with a NV4500. NV 4500 is much stromger and actually last pretty good. The Getrag is the weak link in the driveline of the pre 94 diesel models!! (with manual tranny) Robert
