over spray on rims

This has probably been covered many times but I missed it. I don't know if it gripes you as much as it does me,when I see someone trying to sell a tractor it appears to me that they take a spray can and try to paint the rims, getting more paint on the tires than the rim. It looks terrible and personally turns me away from buying that tractor.
Why not take a little extra time and do it right
or leave it the way it was. Any Comments?
