Go for it!! I'm a Realtor in Iowa and also own two farm's one the wife and I the other our son and us. My brother farm's both of them. My thinking if land next to you come's up you need to be buying of course this depends on the Banker and you. If it doesn't work as you had planned in 5 years you can always sell of some of it. I'm sure you'll regret not buying if you don't. By the way I was and am an Old AC guy and had a good Oliver for an extra tractor. I still have a D-19 and a WD45 I use in tractor ride's and to play with. Loader's on both of them. In the past I owned Farmall's, Oliver, Minnie Mo, and of course The old Allis's were my dad's and my favorites. Good luck on your decision. Bob
