Try this, Take a small rope and put a loop in one end. Now wrap it around the tire, follow the middle of the tire all the way around. Put the other end of the rope thru the loop and sinch it up tight so the tire pushes out at the rim all the way around. now air it up some but be carfull you can break the rope.
