I"ve got a small unit on a shower that I"ve used for a couple of years, and it works great!
My suggestion is to try to determine the quantity of hot water you might need and buy a size big enough to fill those needs.
The theory is great, but again, determining quantity is critical. Mine just supplies water for a shower, so it does a great job, don"t have any experience with larger units....
